Shoutbase integrates with a variety of services, making time tracking easier and more efficient than ever. Currently, all of our integrations require a Zapier account, but we are working on direct integrations—stay tuned!

Here’s the rundown on our integrations:

Zapier

Zapier is a tool that helps you integrate the different web applications you use, letting you save time and energy. Our current Shoutbase integrations are built as “Zaps” and require a Zapier account in order to function. Click here to read about getting started with Zapier.

Google Calendar

This Zapier integration allows you to automatically track time for your Google Calendar meetings and events. By following this simple guide, you can use Shoutbase to start tracking, not only your own time, but also your team members’ time spent in events and meetings. Click here to learn more.

Google Docs Invoices

Want to create a Google Doc invoice from your time entries in Shoutbase? There’s a Zap for that! Our integration allows you to prepare a report in Shoutbase for yourself or a member of your team, then use Zapier to make a “New Report” Zap that will automatically transform the data into a Google Doc invoice. GitHub

GitHub is a popular development platform that helps manage code changes and version control. With our integration, you can link GitHub pull requests to Shoutbase time entries, via Zapier. When a new time entry is created or stopped in Shoutbase, the GitHub pull request gets updated with a comment, including the description of the time entry and the duration. Jira

Jira is a popular work management tool used by software and product teams. It supports a wide range of use cases, such as bug and issue tracking, managing requirements and test cases, and time tracking. With our Zapier integration, you can track Jira issues with Shoutbase tags. Every time you create a new issue in Jira, a new tag is automatically created in your Shoutbase account.
